Вёрстка сXeLaTeX и LaTeX, ТеХнические вопросы Опции

Озаботившись перед созданием данной темы поиском аналогичных и не найдя последних, сформулирую ряд вопросов в количестве одного, дабы прояснить интересующую меня тему. Уж простите за слог, ибо вечер весь неподобающим образом изясняюсь, а причины той никак не угляжу.

Кто использует XeLaTeX для вёрсти работ? Можно ли осуществлять вёрстку при помощи XeLaTeX в Windows?

На сайте издательства "Физматлит" лежит стилевой пакет, для оформления книжек .
Следуя инструкции, дохожу до пункта обновления путей и получаю ошибку
